神经症、抑郁症住院患者与PTSD的共病研究

A study of comorbidity of neurosis and depression and PTSD

目的调查神经症、抑郁症住院患者与创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)的共病情况。方法对在2009年3月至2009年10月期间连续住院的神经症及抑郁症患者共112例进行埃森创伤问卷(ETI)调查,再用创伤后应激症状筛查表(PTSS-10)对ETI症状得分>27分者进行症状筛查。结果 ETI症状得分>27分者为40例(占112例患者的35.7%),其中PTSS-10得分>35分者为37例(占40例患者的92.5%),且此40例患者的首次发病时间和创伤事件发生的时间存在相关(P>0.05)。结论神经症及抑郁症的住院患者中有较高的共病PTSD的可能。

Objective To investigate the incidence of comorbidity of neurosis and depression and post tramatie stress disorder （PTSD）. Methods A cross -sectional investigation on the comorbidity were conducted in112 inpatients with neurosis and depression from March 2009 to October 2009, all patients were assessed with Essener Trauma - Inventar （ETI） and Post - Traumatic Stress Syndrome 10 - Questions Inventory（PTSS - 10）. Results There were 40 patients（35.7% of 112） got score higher than 27 of ETI, and 37 patients（92. 5% of 40） among the 40 patients got score higher than 35 of PTSS - 10. The time they got ill was closely correlation with the time that the traumatic eventsoccured. Conclusion There is a high rate of comorbidity in inpatients with neurosis and depression and PTSD.
