摘要
分析了起重机行走系统的工况要求,介绍了自动挡系统的液压系统和操纵控制系统设计方案,对车辆行走速度系统的控制策略和控制方法进行了深入的分析和探讨,并以实车的液压和操控系统硬件和自动挡行驶驱动控制策略和控制方法为蓝本进行建模和仿真测试,通过虚拟测试验证了软硬件结合的车辆速度控制效果。
The working condition requirement on crane traveling system is analyzed,the hydraulic system and control system design scheme is introduced,the in-depth analysis and discussion on the control strategy and control method of crane traveling speed system are conducted,and modeling and stimulation test based on the hardware of hydraulic control system and control strategy and control method of automatic shift driving drive are conducted. The crane speed control effect that combines software and hardware is verified through simulation test.
