摘要
应用计算流体力学软件ANSYS CFX11.0对长细比相对较大的拉管构件的绕流进行数值模拟,研究风雨共同作用下带水线的拉管上气动力系数的变化规律,同时研究了水线位置角变化引起拉管表面气动力系数的变化规律。利用标准k-ε模型和RSM模型分别对带水线的圆截面结构件的绕流进行数值模拟。通过计算结果分析,得出了一些有价值的结论,为工程起重机拉管绕流的数值模拟分析提供了借鉴依据。
The computational fluid mechanics software ANSYS CFX11.0 is applied to conduct numerical simulation of flow around stay-tube component with larger length-thickness ratio,research the law of changing of aerodynamics coefficient on the stay-tube under the function of wind and rain,and research the rule that the change of position angle of rivulet causes the change of aerodynamics coefficient of stay-tube surface. The standard k-ε model and RSM model are utilized to respectively conduct numerical simulation of the flow around round section structure with rivulets. Some valuable conclusions are obtained through calculation result analysis,which provides the numerical simulation analysis of flow around stay-tube of engineering crane with reference and basis.
