Brg1 Protein expression in cervical cancer

目的研究Brg1蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达,探讨其与肿瘤发展的关系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法研究40例宫颈癌中Brg1蛋白的表达和正常宫颈及癌前病变组织中的表达,初步探讨其与宫颈癌的发生、发展甚至预后的关系。结果 40例宫颈癌组织中Brg1蛋白的表达率为75.0%,子宫颈上皮内瘤变组织(CIN)中为47.5%,正常组织中为27.5%,存在明显的差异。结论 Brg1蛋白在宫颈癌组织中存在明显的高表达,并与宫颈癌的发生发展有一定的相关性。

Objective To investigate the expression of Brgl protein in cervical cancer, and to study its relation with tumor development. Methods The expression of Brgl protein detected by immunohistochemical in 40 eases of cervical cancer was analyzed for their roles in cervical cancer development and prognosis. Results In 40 cases of cervical cancer, 75% of Brgl protein expression were datected which was higher than that in CIN tissue 47.5% and in normal tissue 27.5%. There were significant differences among three groups. Conclusion An increased expression of Brgl protein in cervical cancer was associated with the development.
