摘要 针对某物流配送中心作业效率不高、服务水平差的问题,选取该物流配送中心营业中具有代表性的1天,利用乐龙仿真软件对其进行实体建模、试验。通过试验分析得出该物流中心设备和人员的利用率情况,找出瓶颈问题。 To cope with some issues with a certain logistics distribution center,like a rather low working efficiency and a low level of service,a typical day of the logistics distribution center is selected for modeling and experiment using RaLC simulation software. Through the experiment and analysis,utilization rate data is obtained as to the equipment and personnel of the center,and then the bottlenecks in its operation are discovered.
