The factors that affect the fatigue break of aviation steel wire rope is discussed, through testing and researching the influence of complete sorbitizing and incomplete sorbitizing of steel wire in the heat treatment on the fatigue life of steel wire rope, the influence of general compression ratio, partial compression ratio in the pulling on the fatigue life of steel wire rope, and the technical measure to prolong the fatigue life is found out.
