摘要
针对浙江北仑发电厂3期输煤系统自投产以来堆场总容量一直无法有效提高的问题,从堆场的煤种数量,堆煤长、宽、高4个因素进行分析,找出堆场总容量偏低的主要原因。同时结合现场生产实际,经过详尽的分析和计算,提出了在已有的堆场面积上,合理设定和提高堆场容量的改进方案。
According to the problem in which the total capacity of storage yard of phase three coal handling system of Zhejiang Beilun Power Plant has been unable to effectively improve since being put into production,the analysis on the coal kinds,and coal pile length,width,height is conducted,and the main reason for the lower general capacity of storage yard is found out. At the same time,in combination with the on-site production actuality,through detailed analysis and calculation,the improvement scheme to rationally set and improve the capacity of storage yard is proposed on the existing storage yard area.
