摘要
随着港口装卸吞吐量的逐年增加,充分挖掘和利用现有机械的生产潜力,采取对现有机械改造升级的办法,节约投资,降低成本,短期内缓解装卸生产需要,成为港口企业关注热点。MQ10型门座起重机是港口装卸作业具有典型性和代表性的机型,为了顺应市场发展,将其成功改造升级为MQ16型,在此就改造升级中应考虑的技术要点以及存在的问题提出一些思考,以供业内同仁参考。
With the gradual increase of traffic of port, the port enterprises focus on fully excavating and utilizing the production potential of current machinery, taking the upgrading method to current machinery, so as to save investment, reduce costs, alleviate the loading and unloading production demand in a short term. MQ10 gantry crane is the typical and representative type for port loading and unloading operation, to adapt to the market development, it is successfully upgraded to MQ16, the technical key points in the upgrading and some thoughts on the existing problem are provided in this article for the counterpart＇ s reference in the industry.
