EphA2、hMSH2 mRNA在新疆维吾尔族和汉族食管鳞癌中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of EphA2,hMSH2 mRNA in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma of Uygur and Han nationality in Xinjiang

摘要 目的探讨新疆维吾尔族和汉族食管鳞状细胞癌(鳞癌)基因EphA2和hMSH2 mRNA的表达情况及其与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法采用RT-PCR技术检测EphA2和hMSH2 mRNA在30例新疆维吾尔族和30例汉族食管鳞癌组织及其对应的远隔无癌食管组织中的表达。结果 EphA2在食管癌组织和远隔无癌组织中的相对表达量分别为0.269±0.040和0.153±0.023,P=0.013;hMSH2分别为0.674±0.039和0.797±0.035,P=0.022。在汉族和维吾尔族食管鳞癌组织中EphA2的阳性表达率分别为50%和63.3%,P=0.297;hMSH2的阳性表达率分别为40%和50%,P=0.436。EphA2与hMSH2的表达之间呈负相关。结论 EphA2和hMSH2在两民族食管鳞癌中的表达无差异;EphA2高表达和hMSH2低表达可能共同促进食管鳞癌的发生发展。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of EphA2,hMSH2 mRNA in esophageal sqamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) of Uygur and Han nationality in Xinjiang.Method RT-PCR method was used to detect the expression of EphA2,hMSH2 mRNA in 60 samples of ESCC tissues and distant non-carcinomatous esophageal tissues.Results The expression level of EphA2 in ESCC tissues and distant non-carcinoma tissues was 0.269±0.040 and 0.153±0.023(P=0.013);the expression level of hMSH2 was 0.674±0.039 and 0.797±0.035(P=0.022) respectively.The positive expression rate of EphA2 in Uygur and Han nationality was 50% and 63.3%,hMSH2 was 40% and 50% respectively.EphA2 expression was negatively correlated with hMSH2 expression.Conclusions EphA2 and hMSH2 expression in ESCC were no difference between Uygur and Han nationality.High expression of EphA2 and low expression of hMSH2 might promote the carcinogenesis and metastasis of esophgeal carcinoma.
