摘要
设计了一种基于LXI总线的数字多用表远程测试系统,将以太网扩展应用于测试系统中。在硬件上提出基于LXI总线的系统组件方案,可以实现系统远程配置、信号控制测量、系统内设备的自动测试。在软件设计中,通过VC++6.0编程语言和调用VISA函数库设计开发了测试软件。系统实现了对以太网设备和RS-232C串口设备的控制与测试,验证了利用实验室开发的VISA标准动态链接库对LXI设备进行远程测试和控制的可行性和有效性。该系统具有扩展性强、远离测量现场完成测试工作的优势。
In this paper, the LXI Bus based tele-measurement system was presented, which expanded the Ethernet to the measurement system. In the hardware, the structure of LXI device tele-measurement was proposed to realize remote configuration, signal control and automatic measurement. In the software, the measurement software structure were given, and by using of VC++6.0 language and VISA function the tele-measurement system software was developed. The system can control and measure multi-meter with Ethernet or RS-232C, and is of the validity and feasibility in the tele-measurement through the VISA dynamic link library. The advantages of the system are easy to extend and control remotely.
