摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中鞣花酸的含量。色谱条件为:Venusil XBP-C18(4.6 mm i.d×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相V(乙腈)∶V(水)∶V(三氟乙酸)=20∶80∶0.08,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长254 nm。结果表明,在此条件下鞣花酸在3.98μg.mL-1-79.6μg.mL-1范围内与相应的峰面积具有良好的线性关系(R2=0.999 8),线性回归方程为A=203.83ρ-2.462 7,回收率在96.5%-101.5%,RSD为0.6%。
A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of ellagic acid in cosmetics was established.The sample was analyzed on a Venusil XBP-C18 column(4.6 mm i.d×250 mm,5 μm) with UV 254 nm.The mobile phase consisted of V(CH3CN)∶V(H2O)∶V(CF3COOH)=20∶80∶0.08,at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.Results showed that as the concentration of ellagic acid is in the range of 3.98 μg·mL-1~79.6 μg·mL-1,the relationship between concentration and the corresponding peak area shows good linearity(R2=0.999 8).The regression equation can be expressed as A=203.83ρ-2.462 7;and the recoveries of ellagic acid achieve 96.5%~101.5%.The RSD of the method is 0.6%.
