膨润土制备的氮化型荧光粉的性能与发光性质

摘要 以膨润土为主要原料,用铝热还原法制备了一系列掺杂Eu^2+的荧光粉。其激发光谱的波长范围为300-400 nm之间,而发射光谱的主峰在450-550 nm之间的蓝绿色范围,并向600 nm延伸。XRD结果表明,用膨润土烧制的荧光粉形成了部分Sialon相,是一个多相混合物。 Bentonite was employed to synthesize Eu-doped silicon-aluminum oxynitride phosphor using the method for heat reduction of aluminum.However,only β-sialon was formed in the as-synthesized samples.The luminescence spectra were characteristic of Eu-doped silicate and oxynitride phosphor,displaying a wide excitation peak ranging from 300 nm to 400 nm and a wide emission band at around 450-550 nm with a tailing extended to over 600 nm.The XRD patterns of samples showed that the as-synthesized samples did not consist of a pure phase,which could explain the existence of wide band emission spectra.
