摘要
从环保角度出发,总结纺织浆料的发展现状,通过分析淀粉(变性淀粉)、PVA和丙烯酸类等浆料的性质,比较了几种环保浆料的上浆性能指标和实际应用效果.简单介绍了无机纳米浆料、天然植物胶浆料等绿色环保型浆料的性能、存在问题以及发展趋势.阐述了目前有研究价值并可取代海藻酸钠的瓜尔豆胶印花糊料、PA-CMS印花糊料、膨润土印花糊料、合成糊料C的现状及需要进一步解决的问题.综合浆料和糊料的研究及应用现状,提出了今后绿色环保将是印染浆料和糊料的必然趋势.
On the basis of environmental protection,the development status of textile sizing agents was summarized.The sizing properties of several environmentally friendly pulp and practical application results were compared through analyzing the nature of starch（modified starch）,PVA,acrylic slurry etc.The nature,problems and development trends of inorganic nano-slurry,natural plant gum paste and other environment-friendly perfor-mance of slurry were briefly introduced.In addition,the study status and problems to be solved of four printing pastes which might institute for sodium alginate were also introduced,including guar offset flower paste,PA-CMS printing paste,printing paste of bentonite,synthetic paste C.Considering the study and application status of sizing agents and pastes,in the future green environmental protection will be the trend of printing and dyeing siz-ing agents and pastes.
