摘要
将纤维素活化后经NaOH-尿素-硫脲体系溶解,添加抗菌剂共混制膜,研究共混膜的相容性、力学性能及抗菌性等,结果表明:当水溶性甲壳素含量达15%或O-羧甲基壳聚糖含量达30%时,两者与纤维素均有较好的相容性,共混膜的断裂强力和断裂伸长率相对较高,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有较好的抗菌性.纤维素/O-羧甲基壳聚糖共混膜的综合效果优于纤维素/水溶性甲壳素共混膜.
The antibacterial composite films was prepared by dissolving activated cellulose in sodium hydro-gen,urea and thiourea solution then adding the antibacterial agent.The compatibility,the mechanical property and antibacterial property of composite films were studied.The result showed that cellulose had good compati-bility when the concentration of soluble chitin and O-carboxymethyl chitosan reached 15% and 30%,respective-ly.The breaking strength and extension of composite films were high,and the composite films had good an-tibacterial property to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.And the cellulose/O-carboxymethyl chitosan composite film was better than that of cellulose/soluble chitin composite film.
