摘要
将电气石粉末制成纳米负离子整理剂,考察了该整理剂的稳定性、耐热性、耐酸碱性、与其他助剂的相容性.采用轧-烘-焙的方法将纳米负离子整理剂整理到织物上,探讨了面料规格、振动次数、洗涤次数对织物释放负离子数的影响,结果表明:经纳米负离子整理剂整理的织物能产生浓度较高的空气负离子,经过反复的振动后,产生的负离子浓度还有所增加,经反复洗涤后,负离子浓度略有下降.
Nano-anion finishing agent was prepared by tourmaline power,and the stability,heat-resis-tance,acid and alkali resistance and the compatibility with other assistants of the finishing agent were investigat-ed.The finishing agent was treated on the fabric by pad-dry-cure process.The effects of fabric specifications,vibration frequency,washing times on the anions concentration released from the fabric were discussed.The re-sults showed that the fabric finished by nano-anion finishing agent could release high concentration of anions.The anions concentration released from the vibrated fabric increased,however,slightly decreased after the fin-ished fabric was washed several times.
