摘要
以乙醇为萃取剂对樱桃核中活性类黄酮进行抽提,并对所得类黄酮粗提物提取率进行了比较,以便选择最佳操作参数。采用正交试验对樱桃核类黄酮提取参数进行优化。结果显示,类黄酮最佳提取参数为温度65℃,乙醇65%vol,提取时间2h,固液比为1∶32。在此提取条件下类黄酮的提取量最高可达0.856%。富含类黄酮的抽提物具有较强的抗氧化性。
The bioactive flavonoid compotmds of cherry seed were extracted by ethanol and the optimal extraction conditions were investigated by orthogonal test. The optimal conditions were as followed: temperature 65℃, alcohol concentration 65%vol, extraction time 2 h and the solid-liquid ratio 1:32. Under these conditions, the extraction yield of cherry seed flavonoids reached 0.856%. The extract exhibited strong antioxidant activity.
