灰树花真菌发酵过程中,菌体和多糖产量之间有一定相关性,经直线回归F检验及t检验,结果极显著,菌体量x对多糖y有直接的决定作用,菌体量确定后,可以通过回归方程y=0.07x-0.06计算出多糖产量的范围,助于发酵培养过程中目的产物的控制。
During fungal fermentation of Grifola frondosa, there is a certain relevance between the cell and polysaccharide production, by the linear regression ofF test and t test. The result was significant, biomass x depend on polysaccharide y when the amount of biomass x was determined through the regression equation y = 0.07x-0.06, the approximate range of polysaccharide production can be calculated, which can be helpful to nurture the process of fermentation product of the control purpose.
