炙马钱子胶囊联合自体外周血干细胞移植治疗难治性重症肌无力远期疗效观察

Long term observation of curative effect of fired Maqianzi capsule combined with stem cell transplantation from autogeneic peripheral blood on incurable myasthenia gravis

目的探讨炙马钱子胶囊联合自体外周血干细胞移植治疗难治性重症肌无力的远期疗效。方法对3例难治性重症肌无力患者进行自体造血干细胞移植,预处理采用FAC方案,同时联合炙马钱子胶囊口服治疗。结果 3例患者中2例随访3 a以上,停服所有药物,远期疗效较好。结论马钱子胶囊联合自体外周血干细胞移植可以减少西药的剂量和不良反应,远期疗效较好。

Objective It is to explore the long term curative effect of fired Maqianzi capsule combined with stem cell trans- plantation from autogeneic peripheral blood on incurable myasthenia gravis. Methods 3 cases of patients with incurable myas- thenia gravis were treated with autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. FAC plan was used for pretreatment. The patients were given fired Maqianzi capsules by oral use at the same time. Results There were two patients who were followed up for 3 years in the 3 patients, and they had stopped the treatment with all drugs. The long term curative effect was satisfied. Conclusion The treatment with fired Maqianzi capsule combined with autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can decrease the dosage of western medicine and their side effect, so the long term curative effect is better.
