窄谱中波紫外线联合中药治疗慢性手部湿疹疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察窄谱中波紫外线联合中药治疗慢性手部湿疹的疗效。方法治疗组采用NB-UVB光疗仪和中药健脾化湿、养血、祛风法治疗;对照组采用中药治疗(同治疗组)。结果治疗组总有效率为81.25%,明显优于对照组之51.43%(P<0.05)。结论窄谱中波紫外线联合中药治疗手部湿诊疗效理想,值得临床推广。
