基于Web的电子病历系统应用设计

Application Design of the Web-based Electronic Medical Record System

针对我国传统的医疗信息、医疗病历难以实现信息化、数字化管理的难题,文章基于Web技术对电子病历系统进行了设计开发。首先明确了系统的需求和设计目标,在此基础上给出了具体的系统功能设计和网络层次架构设计方案,并结合患者就医的实际过程,从电子病历数据表的建立、电子病历数据的信息化共享技术和Web服务的实现三个角度探讨了基于Web技术的电子病历系统的实现,对于我国进一步提高电子病历的信息化和共享医疗信息的建设具有一定借鉴意义。

In view of the difficulty in the achievement of the information and digital management of the traditional medical information and records of our country,the paper designs and develops the Web-based electronic medical record system.Firstly,it specifies the requirements and design objectives of the system and,based on this,provides the detailed programs of the system function design and the network architecture design.Combined with the actual process of the medical treatment of patients,it discusses the achievement of the Web-based electronic medical record system from the three aspects of the establishment of the electronic medical records data sheets,the information sharing technology of the electronic medical records data and the Web service,which has a certain consultant significance for the further improvement of the establishment of the information of the electronic medical records and the sharing of the medical information in our country.
