摘要
利用聚甲基(3,3,3三-氟丙基)甲/基含氢硅氧烷与1,1,2三-氢-乙烯基全氟癸烯、烯丙基缩水甘油醚、丙烯酸十八醇酯的硅氢加成反应,合成了一种侧链含长链全氟烷基、十八酯基和环氧基团等的氟硅防水织物整理剂(FAS-PFMS),并对其结构及在棉纤维表面的成膜性进行表征,考察了其在棉织物上的应用性能。结果表明,FAS-PFMS与预先设计的分子结构一致,在棉织物表面具有良好的成膜性。经其整理的棉纤维表面相对平整、光滑,且疏水性明显增强,与水的静态接触角最高可达132°。
A novel fluoro-silicone waterproofing agent ( FAS-PFMS), bearing pendant long chain perfluoroalkyl, octadecyl ester, and epoxy, was synthesized by hydrosilylation of polytrifiuoropropylhydromethytsiloxane, perfluorooctylethane, stearic acrylate and allylglyeidyl ether. The application performance of FAS-PFMS on cotton fabric was investigated. The chemical structure of FAS-PFMS was characterized by infrared spectrum (IR) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR). The film morphology of FAS-PFMS on cotton fiber surfaces was observed by FESEM. Results showed that the fabric treated by FAS-PFMS featured smooth macromorphology. Hydrophobic property of treated samples was markedly enhanced, and the static contact angle with water was up to 132°. Treatment with FAS-PFMS improved the softness of the fabric while exerted little influence on whiteness.
