Deepening of dyed fabrics with silicone softener SW-1 and RS

将两种有机硅亲水性柔软剂SW-1和RS用于纯棉和涤纶织物的染色和后整理中,其在改善织物手感和亲水性的同时,还具有增深作用。SW-1和RS对棉织物活性染料染色的增深只能用于后整理,最佳用量均为4 g/L;对涤纶的增深在染色和后整理中应用均可,SW-1最佳用量为5 g/L,RS最佳用量为4 g/L。

Hydrophilic silicone softener SW-1 and RS were used in dyeing and finishing processes of pure cotton fabric and polyester fabric to improve fabric handle, hydrophility, and deepening effects. For cotton reactive dyeing, deepening effect was achieved by using 4 g/L SW-1 and RS in finishing process. For polyester deepening, the optimal dosage of SW-1 and RS were 5 g/L and 4 g/L separately.
