摘要
以本室选育的氰戊菊酯及呋喃丹两个抗性玉米螟品系为试虫,用6类10种增效剂分别与氰戊菊酯及呋喃丹混用,以测定增效作用,其结果:对氰戊菊酯抗性玉米螟品系,S_(13)对氰戊菊醇增效高达38.5倍,S_(16)、SV_1及PB增效分别为9.6、8.7及6.2倍。对呋喃丹抗性玉米螟品系,S_(16)对呋喃丹增效为4.0倍,而PB、S_(13)及SV_1的增效作用不明显。
The effects of 10 synergists classified into 6 groups were studied on the toxicity offevalerate and carbofuran to 2 resistant corn borer strains selected in the laboratory. Re-sults showed that the synergistic rate of S_(13) reached 38.5-fold to the fevalerate-R strain,and those of S_(16), SV_1, and PB were 9.6-, 8.7-, and 6.2-fold, respectively. To thecarbofuran-R strain, the synergistic rate of S_(16) was 4-fold, whereas PB, S_(13), and SV_1 hadno significant synergism to it.
