摘要
通过对混凝土搅拌站动态配料系统的控制过程进行分析,依据动态配料称重系统和定量控制相结合的思想,在系统动态称重配料过程中引入泛逻辑学理论,设计了泛逻辑智能控制器。MATLAB仿真表明其控制器具有响应快、超调小、稳态精度高的优点。与PID控制算法比较,该系统的配料精度和速度都达到要求,整个系统的效率也得到了提高。
Through an analysis of control process of concrete-mixing-station dynamic batching system,based on the idea of dynamic batching weight system and quantitative control,the extensive logic theory is introduced into error control in the system of dynamic batching process with weighing and designed the universal logical intelligence controller.The second order system can meet requirement in the error permission range.MATLAB simulation demonstrates the universal logical controller has the response is quickly,and the overshoot is little and the stable state accuracy.Comparison with PID control algorithm,the precision and rate of system batching all fulfill the requirement;the efficiency of system is also improved.
