摘要
介绍了一种新型的极轴式智能型太阳自动跟踪系统。该系统是基于三菱Q型PLC构建平台,选取极轴式跟踪方式,同时采用以时钟跟踪为主调、传感器跟踪为辅调的混合调节策略,使用视日轨迹跟踪的方法自动计算出不同地点和时间太阳的高度角和方位角,通过PLC控制步进电机作为执行机构,同时采用聚光技术,从而提高了跟踪精度,实现了全天候、全自动跟踪。
This paper introduces a new type of intelligent automatic polar axis sun tracking system.The system,which is based on the Mitsubishi Q-PLC to build a platform,selects the way of polar axis tracking and a composite adjustment mode combining clock tracking as main adjustment with sensor tracking as secondary adjustment.By the method of solar position calculation,this system can automatically calculate elevation angle and azimuth angle of the sun in different positions and times.Meanwhile it selects stepping motor as the actuator though PLC as well as using concentrating technology to improve tracking accuracy and realize the all-weather and fully automatic tracking.
