摘要
介绍了一种基于PLC控制的工业取料机械手,设计了取料机械手的机械结构和气动系统,并给出了PLC控制系统的软硬件设计和步进电机运行速度控制设计,该系统应用于注塑行业,具有稳定可靠的性能,提高了生产效率。
This paper introduce one industry part deliver manipulator based on PLC,the mechanical construction and pneumatic system of the manipulator used in industry part delivery have been designed,also provide the software and hardware of the control system based on PLC and speed control of the step motor.This system used in injection molding industry,has a stable and reliable performance,which can improve production efficiency.
