摘要
分析了碱回收炉送、引风系统的工艺流程,针对其运行的特点和需要测量的变量,以及用户的操作要求,设计了一套合理的控制系统。针对鼓、引风机功率大,启动电流大,机械冲击大以及频繁启停和需要调速等特点,设计了变频器软启动和调速控制系统。
This paper analyzes the recovery boiler delivery,citing the wind system processes and running for their characteristics and needs of the variables measured,as well as the user′s operating requirements,design a set of reasonable control system.For delivery,induced draft fan power,and starting current,and mechanical shock,as well as the frequent starting and stopping characteristics of the need for speed,design of the inverter soft start and speed control system.
