摘要
开发区经济发展的核心生产要素是土地,而我国的开发区土地后备资源十分有限,因此,高效地利用这些弥足珍贵的土地资源是开发区可持续发展的关键所在。通过总结归纳我国开发区准入制中有关土地集约相关的执行标准,发现其中存在着有无不一、标准不一、更新滞后的缺点,旨在探求提高开发区土地集约程度的途径。用对开发区土地集约利用制度中不足之处的分析,来论证建立开发区土地集约准入动态"门槛"的必要性,为规范并提高我国开发区土地集约准入标准提供理论基础。
Land is the core of production factors in development zones, although land reserve m tlae development zones in China is quite limited. It is the key to the sustainable development of the development zones of this country to use the precious land resources efficiently. This paper attempts to explore the approach to increasing the intensive land use of the development zones and demonstrate the necessity to establish a dynamic admittance system of intensive land use in the development zones based on the analysis of the weak points of the current admittance system, which may provide a theoretical basis for the admittance criteria of intensive land use in the development zones of China.
