摘要
以农用地分等成果为基础,结合GIS空间分析的方法,进行基本农田空间定位方法研究。基于农用地分等成果,将老河口市辖区的耕地按农用地自然质量1~5等进行排序;然后应用GIS空间分析功能将农用地等别分布图与土地利用现状图叠加,以优先划定高等别的耕地资源为基本农田,同时考虑基本农田集中连片的指导思想,最终实现了基本农田的空间定位。利用农用地分等成果结合GIS空间分析方法进行基本农田的空间布局与定位,有利于将基本农田从基本农田分区中与其他地类区分开,使基本农田落实到地块,为县市尺度的基本农田划定提供了科学依据。
A research is done on the basic farmland spatial orientation method, based on the results of farm land classification and combined with GIS spatial analysis methods. With Laohekou City, Hubei Province, as the object of the research, this paper classifies the arable land within a designated area from natural grade one to natural grade five based on the primary results of farmland natural grade study and combined with the local situation. By applying spatial analysis of GIS and giving priority to high-level cultivated land resources which are taken as basic farmland, the research achieves the basic farmland spatial orientation. It is scientific and efficient to make use of the farmland natural grade results to conduct basic farmland spatial orientation, which overcomes the subjective arbitrariness of demarcating basic farmland and provides a scientific evidence for the county-scale delineation of basic farmland.
