摘要
采用超高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联四极杆质谱(UPLC-ESI-MS-MS),在多反应监测(MRM)模式下建立了测定9种基质中胺苯磺隆农药残留的定性定量分析方法。选择苹果、菠菜、葱、小麦、黄豆、牛肉、鸡肝、脂肪、牛奶为空白样品基质,样品使用有机溶剂超声提取,凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和固相萃取(SPE)净化。该方法简便、快速、灵敏,方法的线性范围、回收率、精密度和检出限均符合残留分析的要求。
A method has been developed for the determination of Ethametsulfuron-methyl in 9 samples including apple,spinach,shallot,wheat,bean,beef,chicken liver,fat and milk by ultra performance liquid chromatography combined with tandem mass spectrometry（UPLC-MS-MS）.Samples were extracted with organic reagent by ultrasonic and purified through an gel permeation chromatography（GPC） and solid phase extraction.The results indicated that the developed method is easier,faster,more sensitive and has better purification ability.The linear range,recovery,precision and detection limit can meet the requirement of residue analysis.
