文章论述了我国台湾地区高校机构库的建置发展,研究其建置的基础和发展的三个阶段,结合eThesys计划、《建置机构学术成果典藏计划》和TAIR计划分析其发展特点,得出其建置发展对我国机构库实践的五点启示。
