摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,知识管理作为一种新的管理思想逐渐成为国内外学者的研究热点。《读者》是我国蜚声海内外的著名文化品牌,同时也是我国知识型企业进行知识管理的成功典范。《读者》的成功并不是偶然的,而是多种因素共同作用的结果。文章从知识管理的视角出发,采用实证研究的方法,分析了《读者》知识管理的成功因素之一—人力资源要素,对我国知识型企业的管理实践具有一定的借鉴意义。
With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy,knowledge management,a new management thought,gradually become a hot field of research for the scholars both inside and outside the country.DUZHE is an international famous cultural brand of our country,and it is also a successful apotheosis for the knowledge enterprises to carry through knowledge management in our country.The success of DUZHE is not haphazard,and it is the result of the common action of many factors.This paper starts with the related theory of knowledge management,and actuality analysis method is used.This paper analyzes one of the successful factors,concretely expounding the successful practice in the process of its human resource management.And it serves for the benefits of the management practice for the knowledge enterprises of our nation.
