上海市中心图书馆“一卡通”解决区县馆少儿图书借阅难题的探索——以闵行区图书馆为例

The Exploration of Children's Lending Using the IC Card of Shanghai Center Library: by the Case of Minhang District Library

上海市中心图书馆"一卡通"是不改变各参与图书馆的行政隶属、人事和财政关系,以上海图书馆为总馆,区县、街镇等图书馆为分馆,利用网络实现全市图书通借通还的一种服务模式。"一卡通"几年的运行得到了广大读者的称赞和欢迎,但目前还存在如区县馆少儿图书无法实现"一卡通"等问题。闵行区图书馆经过与上海图书馆的共同努力,成为探索解决少儿图书借阅难题的第一家分馆。

Shanghai library ＂IC card＂ provides the NISO circulation service by internet without changing the administrative,personnel and financial relations between Shanghai Library and its branches.Shanghai library IC card has been admired since it can be used.However,the children＇s lending of district branches has problem on using Shanghai library IC card.Minhang branch has worked hard together with Shanghai library to solve the problem of children＇s lending,and become the first branch,which can lending Children＇s books by shanghai library IC card.
