摘要 SCR作为目前欧Ⅳ排放的主流技术已经越来越受到国内企业的重视。本文根据SCR的反应机理建立了SCR的系统模型,并在此基础上给出了SCR的控制策略。从发动机以及各外部传感器采集信号,经过AD转换后通过DCU并根据MAP图插值可获得实际工况下"添蓝"目标喷射量。 At present, as a mainstream of the Euro Ⅳ emission technology, SCR has received attention from more and more domestic enterprises. This paper presents the SCR control logic on the basis of SCR system model which was set up according to SCR reaction mechanism. After the signals are collected from the engine and external sensors, the paper obtains the AdBlue injection quantity under the actual conditions according to the MAP by DCU after the AD conversion.
