车用Urea-SCR系统NO_x动态转化效率的试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 为使Urea-SCR技术应用于拖拉机用柴油机,研究了Urea-SCR系统的NOx动态转化效率的影响因素。在发动机排放试验台上,使用6L280柴油机和产品SCR系统,采用SCR性能动态测试方法,考察了发动机整个工作区域的SCR动态过程。试验结果表明,一定条件下NOx动态转化效率与催化器氨存储量呈二次多项式关系,催化反应温度对此影响很大,空速影响很小;NOx动态转化效率的变化规律可用四维脉谱表达。 In order to make Urea-SCR system apply to tractor,the mass producing SCR system dynamic performance and its influential factors have been deeply investigated with one 8.4 Liter displacement diesel engine on engine emission test bench. The SCR dynamic process in whole engine work range has been reached with SCR dynamic performance test method. The study results indicate quadratic muhinomial relation between NO, dynamic convert efficiency and ammonia absorption amount, and this correlation is affected strongly by temperature, but not by SV ( Space Velocity). One 4-dimension map can describe the change rule of NOx dynamic conversion ratio.
