摘要 为了研究螺旋进气道制造过程中不同偏差对性能的影响,本文以常柴4B26柴油机进气道为研究对象,进行了气道倾斜和不同类型气道的几何偏差的三维造型,并通过CFD计算精度验证后,对气道—气门—气缸系统中的气体流动进行了三维数值流动模拟。结果表明:气道倾斜和气道偏心,尤其是气门座和气门导管的偏心对气道性能的影响明显,在生产中应尽量减小偏差。 In this paper,the helical inlet port of CZ4B26 diesel engine is studied. Its 3D solid model of port with inclination and different kinds of ports with eccentric errors are made to research the effect on helical inlet port performance. Based on the validation of CFD precision by test, the numerical simulation of flow characteristics in port-valve-cylinder system is carried out. The results show that the inclination of inlet port can bring out slight change over the flow characteristics, but when the eccentric deviation especially the valve seat and valve guide deviation occurs, the performance of inlet port is obviously changed.
