车用磁粉离合器换挡传动过程的模糊控制及仿真

摘要 以换挡过程中磁粉离合器的滑磨功及整车冲击度最小为评价指标,选取油门开度及其变化率、离合器主、从动件速度差等参数来控制换挡过程中磁粉离合器励磁电流的变化,实现了磁粉离合器和变速器自动换挡的动态协调控制。运用模糊控制理论,设计出换挡过程中磁粉离合器的模糊控制器。应用MATLAB/S imu link进行了磁粉离合器换挡过程的动力学建模,并对换挡接合控制策略进行了验证仿真,取得了较满意的效果。 Aiming at minimum values of vehicle impact and slipping work of magnetic powder clutch during vehicle shifting, three parameters, including rotation speed difference between driving and driven members, throttle percentage and its change rate, are selected to control the field current of the magnetic powder clutch, and which can realize the dynamic coordination control for clutch and transmission. Based on fuzzy control theory, a fuzzy magnetic powder clutch controller for vehicle shifting is designed. Through the simulation of dynamic model for magnetic powder clutch in MATLAB/Simulink,the control strategies during vehicle shifting are validated and some reasonable simulation results are obtained.
