The bases of a kind of primitive non-powerful signed digraphs of order n is studied.By analyzing this kind of digraphs and using the knowledge of exponents,SSSD walks and the diameter of a digraphs,the bounds on the bases of a kind of primitive non-powerful signed digraphs of order n are obtained.
