牛膝道地与非道地产区药材及土壤中无机元素分析 被引量:17

Analyses on the Inorganic Eelements of Soils and Roots of Achyranthus bidentata Blume from Geo-authentic and Non-authentic Production Areas

摘要 目的:通过分析牛膝在不同产区土壤与药材中无机元素的含量,探讨牛膝药材道地性与土壤无机元素的关系.方法:应用电感耦合等离子光谱仪对牛膝药材和土壤样品进行无机元素含量分析.结果:道地产区土壤中钙、镁、锌、铝、硼、铬的含量高,而铅和铜的含量较低;道地药材中钾、铜、铬的含量高,锌和铅的含量低,对磷、铜、铁的富集能力强.结论:牛膝药材与土壤中无机元素的含量密切相关,但牛膝对钠和铁、铝、镉、钛;钙和镁、铝、硼、镉、钛;镁和硼、镉;铜和铬;锌和铅;铝和镉、钛;硼和镉;镉和钛的吸收积累有很好的协同作用,而对铅和铜、钾、铬;铬和硼、锌的吸收和积累则呈明显的拮抗关系. Objective: The contents of inorganic elements in soils and in the root of Achyranthus bidentata Blume from various regions are analyzed.The relationship between the characteristics of the geo-authentic of A.bidentata and the contents of inorganic elements in soil and crude drugs is discussed.Method:The analyses on the inorganic elements of soil and crude drugs are made by ICP-AES.Result: The contents of calcium,magnesium,zinc,aluminum,boron and chromium are higher,while the lead and copper are lower in the cultivated soil of geo-authentic areas.And the contents of potassium,copper and chromium are higher,but the zinc and lead are lower in the geo-authentic A.bidentata roots.The geo-authentic crude drugs have a strong tendency to accumulate Phosphorus,copper and iron.Conclusion: There are direct relationship between the concentrations of inorganic elements in A.bidentata and those in their corresponding soil.There are good relationship between the absorption and accumulation of Sodium and iron,aluminum,cadmium,titanium;calcium and magnesium,aluminum,boron,cadmium,titanium;magnesium and boron,cadmium;copper and chromium;zinc and lead;aluminum and cadmium,titanium;boron and cadmium;cadmium and titanium,while there is the antagonism relationship between Lead and copper,potassium,chromium;chromium and boron,zinc.
