摘要
目的:了解微量注射SP对SD大鼠运动能力及各生化指标的影响.方法:测量了给药组和对照组SD大鼠的力竭性运动时间,及各种生化指标,运用SPSS13.0统计软件对所得数据进行描述性统计,组间比较采用t检验.结果:(1)给药后,给药组的力竭性运动时间显著延长了,且有统计学意义长(P<0.05).(2)给药组与对照组相比,RBC(红细胞)及Hb(血红蛋白)增加了;红细胞膜-Na+-K+ATPase的活性提高了,且有极显著差异(P<0.01);红细胞SOD和MDA在两组之间也有显著性差异(P<0.05);(3)给药组和对照组相比,全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数降低了,红细胞变形指数增加,且都达到了显著性差异.结论:微量注射SP能够增强大鼠的有氧运动能力,
Objective: To find out the effect of the exhausting exercising capability and biochemical indexes of rats microinjected SP.Methods: The time of the exhausting exercising capability and biochemical indexes for the group injected SP and the control group are measured.The descriptive and T test adopting SPSS13.0 for windows are used in this paper.Results:(1) After injected SP,the time of the exhausting exercising capability of the group injected SP is obviously longer than that of the control group.There are significant differences(P0.05).(2) For the counts of RBC and Hb,and the active of Na+-K+ATPase of red cell membrane,there were significant differences between the group injected SP and the control group(P0.05);For SOD and MDA of red cell,there were greatly significant differences between two groups(P0.01).(3) For the viscosity of blood and plasma,RBC aggregation index,and RBC cell deformation index,they all have reached significant differences level(P0.05).Conclusions: Microinjecting SP can enhance aerobic exercise ability of the rats.
