花后高温胁迫对不同筋型小麦籽粒品质的影响 被引量:5

摘要 采用盆栽与人工气候室模拟相结合的方法,于2007-2008年在河南农业大学科教示范园区,以强筋小麦郑麦366、中筋小麦洛旱2号和弱筋小麦豫麦50号为试验材料,研究了花后高温胁迫对不同筋型小麦蛋白质和淀粉含量的影响。结果表明,强筋郑麦366受高温胁迫的影响最大;高温显著提高了小麦籽粒蛋白质、清蛋白、醇溶蛋白、麦谷蛋白和直链淀粉含量,降低了小麦籽粒、球蛋白、蛋白质和淀粉产量,及总淀粉、支链淀粉含量和支直比;从高温处理时期看,花后20 d高温胁迫的影响略大于花后10 d。 Under pot-cultivated conditions in the Experimental Farm of Henan Agricultural University,three wheat cultivars with different gluten strengh were chosen to investigate the effects of post-anthesis high temperature stress(HTS) on protein and starch content.The HTS was carried out in wak-in chambers,in which the temperature was controled around 38℃ and the wheat in pots was treated for 2 days(5 hours per day).The results indicated that Zhengmai 366,a strong gluten wheat,was affected the most by HTS in the three cultivars,in which the grain crude protein,albumin,gliadin,glutenin and amylose contents were significantly increased by high temperature,but the grain yield,globulin,protein and starch yield,grain starch content,amylopectin content,and amylopectin/amylose was reduced.With respect to the treated time,the effects of HTS was a little more serious at 20 days after anthesis than at 10 days after anthesis.
