摘要
目的评价八味沉香散水提液(LEBCP)对垂体后叶素诱发大鼠急性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法采用大鼠舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素制备急性心肌缺血模型,观察LEBCP对大鼠注射垂体后叶素后血流动力学和心肌超微结构的影响。结果 LEBCP能明显改善垂体后叶素引起的心脏舒缩功能下降,并能减轻心肌超微结构的损伤。结论 LEBCP对垂体后叶素所致大鼠急性心肌缺血具有一定的保护作用。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the cardioprotective effect of liquid-extract of Bawei Chenxiang powder(LEBCP) in rats with myocardial injury induced by pituitrin.METHODS A myocardial ischemia model of rats was established by intravenous injection with pituitrin.The LVSP,± dp/dtmax and LVEDP were measured and the myocardia were examined with electron microscope.RESULTS The LEBCP could improve the function of systole and diastole,and histological changes of hearts with pituitrin-induced myocardial ischemia.CONCLUSION The LEBCP has the protective effect against pituitrin-induced myocardial injury in rats.
