摘要
目的研究朝天委陵菜乙醇提取物(EEPS)对四氯化碳(CCl4)致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用CCl4急性肝损伤模型,小鼠ig给予不同剂量的EEPS,并以联苯双酯为阳性对照,测定小鼠血清中丙氨酸氨基转换酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸转换酶(AST)的活性及肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)的含量和过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。结果不同剂量的EEPS能够抑制CCl4诱导的肝损伤小鼠血清中AST和ALT酶活性的升高,且能有效地抑制脂质过氧化,升高SOD的活性。结论 EEPS对CCl4致小鼠的肝损伤具有保护作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the protective effect of the ethanol extracts of Potentilla supina(EEPS) on liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)in mice.METHODS The dry Potentilla supina whole plant was extracted 3 times by 95% ethanol after being crushed and then concentrated under reduced pressure.The liver injury model was established by carbon tetrachloride and intragastric administration separately with the different dosages of EEPS,and bifendate was used as positive control.The activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA) in liver or serum were measured.RESULTS Different dosages of EEPS could inhibit the increase of activity of AST and ALT in mice serum and could effectively inhibit lipid peroxidation,and increase the activity of superoxide dismutase on liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4) in mice.CONCLUSION The EEPS has the protective effect on liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4) in mice.
