摘要
目的采用HPLC测定四味土木香散中的苦参碱。方法色谱柱为TIANHEC18柱,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(10:6:9,三乙胺调pH7.2),流速为1mL·min-1,检测波长为220nm。结果苦参碱进样量0.624~4.16μg与峰面积呈良好的线性,回归方程为:Y=877.75X-41.89(r=0.9996);平均加样回收率为98.8%,RSD=1.24%。结论所用方法简便、快速、准确,适用于四味土木香散中苦参碱的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of matrine in Siwei Tumuxiang powder.METHODS Seperation was achieved on a TIANHE C18 column and detected at 220 nm.The mobile phase was the mixture of methanol and acetonitrile and 0.1% H3PO4(10:6:9) at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.RESULTS The linear range was 0.624-4.16 μg(r = 0.9996).The method recovery was 98.8% with RSD of 1.24%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,quick,accurate,and is suitable for the determination of matrine in Siwei Tumuxiang powder.
