长期过量酒精摄入对丙型肝炎恶性转化的影响

摘要 长期过量酒精的摄入(嗜酒)可导致肝纤维化和肝硬化,过度酒精代谢可能与氧化应激反应以及转录因子和内源性阿片样系统的激活有关。
