从泰安表现皱缩花叶的菜豆上分离到一个分离物T-ll,汁液摩擦接种11科40多种植物,该分离物可侵染5科15种植物,在苋色藜上呈现系统褪绿斑和花叶,在菜豆上引起皱缩花叶。其纯化温度为60~65℃,稀释限点为10^(-3)~10^(-4),体外存活期为3~5天;该病毒不能由蚜虫传播;病毒粒体直杆状,大小为20×250nm和20×150nm,提纯病毒的最大吸收波长为258nm,最低吸收波长为239nm,A260/280=1.38(未校正);该病毒免疫注射兔子获得的抗血清效价为1∶1024,该分离物与花生丛簇病毒的抗血清有明显的阳性反应。根据以上特性,T-11分离物可鉴定为花生丛簇病毒。它在寄主范围上与典型株系有差异,可能是一个新株系。
15 species of 5 families were infected experimentally with a virus isolate obtained frombean, causing systematic mosaic and chlorosis on Chenopodium amaranticolor, and crimklemosaic on bean. The thermal inactivation point was 60~65℃, dilution end point 10^(-3)~10^(-4), and the survival period in vitro 3~5 days at 18-20℃. The virus was readily transmit-ted by sap inoculation but not by Myzus persicae. Virus particles were straight rods about250 and 150 nm in length, 20 nm in width. The purified virus had max absoption at 258 nm,and rain at 239 nm, A260/280=1.38 (not right. The titer of antiserum to the virus was1/1024 in precipitation tests. The virus could reacted on peanut clump virus (PCV)antiserum in immunodiffusion tests. It is suggested that this virus isolate different from thetypical strain in host range is related to PCV, and possibly a distinct strain.
