浅议现代城市居住区内公共空间的人性化设计

Research on Humanized Design of Public Space in Residential Districts of Modern Cities

居住自古以来是人类的基本活动之一。居住区不仅为居民提供居住场所和空间,也为居民提供公共活动场所和交往空间。因此居住区的公共空间的规划设计应从宏观着眼,从细节入手,考虑各种居民的不同需求,达到人性化设计。本文立足现代城市的居住区内,结合近几年来国内外居住区建设中公共空间的营造,针对当前居住区公共空间环境建设普遍存在"缺乏人性关怀"的问题进行分析,并从设计人员视角探讨我国居住区公共空间人性化环境的营造方法,从设计理念、设计原则和设计细节要素方面对公共空间设计进行探讨,并结合当前存在的问题提出意见和建议措施。

Living is the basic feature of human.Residential districts provide people with both living space and public communicating space.Therefore,the design of public space in residential districts must pay attention to details,considering all people＇s demand so as to achieve the goal of ＂Design for people＂.This paper,based on Residential districts in modern cities,with regard of the public space design in residential districts domestic and abroad,analyses the lack of ＂concern on people＂ in current situation when it comes to the public space design in residential districts,and so discusses the method to design the sound public space from the prospective of designer.And at last the paper proposes some suggestions from the concept,principles and factors of the public space design.
