摘要
综述了后装压缩式垃圾车的液压系统方案设计,分析其专用装置的工作特点,提出液压系统的设计要求,根据设计要求进行液压元件的选择,并拟定出控制回路的不同方案。通过分析比较选择运动平稳性、安全性更好的方案,组成综合性能优异的整车回路,以求液压系统的设计更合理、更经济。
After an overview of the design of back-loading compression refuse collector hydraulic system,the working characteristics of special device was analyzed and design requirements of hydraulic system was put forward.Based on the requirements choosing the hydraulic element and working out several schemes of control circuit;after analyzing and comparing the scheme with others,choosing the schemes with better stabiliiy and safty,working out the whole circuit scheme of the vehicle that have excellent comprehensive properties;through previous process,obtains the design result of dydraulic system that have better rationality and economy.
