Abstract The markets
of product service and finance are two chief components of modern market economy system.From
the points of coordinated running and ballanced development of two markets,the paper has
discussed the profound reasons for financial crisis breaking out.The authors think that the two
markets are often in unballanced status of development because of their realtive
independence,when the contradiction of this unballance sharpens a without efficient rules to
coordinate them,the finacial crisis occurs,leading to a chaos of overall economics system.
