摘要
为获取辣椒的抗真菌种质资源,运用RT-PCR技术扩增出GAFP的cDNA序列,通过基因工程技术构建植物表达载体pBI121-GAFP,并导入遵椒1号辣椒。转化后再生的植株经PCR检测,初步证实GAFP基因已经整合到辣椒基因组中,得到了GAFP基因转化遵椒1号辣椒植株。
The cDNA sequence of Gastrodia antifungal protein(GAFP) amplified by RT-PCR was directly transformed into Zunjiao 1(pepper variety) by plant expression vector pBI121-GAFP under genetic engineering technique.The GAFP gene was successfully transformed into pepper genome of Zunjiao 1 after PCR determination of transformed regeneration plantlets of Zunjiao 1.
